Enrollment & Payment Information
To reserve your spot in a workshop, students must apply online and submit full payment no later than 30 days before the workshop begins.
Students may still apply after the deadline if there are open seats.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

The $50 registration fee is non-refundable unless RJ Animation cancels the program.

Program fees (minus the $50 registration fee) are refundable up to 15 days before the start of the workshop.

To cancel enrollment, students must email us at admissions@rjanimation.com.
If RJ Animation cancels the workshop, all enrolled students will be notified right away and will receive a full refund of all program fees.
If a student cannot attend a workshop, they may choose to transfer their payment to a future session of the same course. An email request is required to process the withdrawal or transfer.

We offer certificates for passing lessons in a workshop.

We are not a certified school

We do not issue transcripts or any accredited degree for workshop participation..

Students are encouraged to attend all sessions. Missed classes cannot be refunded, but some courses may offer limited replay access when available

Students under 18 must have a parent or guardian complete the application and communicate any schedule changes.

Students must have access to a computer or tablet capable of running the required animation software. Technical requirements will be emailed after enrollment. Review the Course requirements page.

Media Consent
At RJ Animation, we love celebrating our students’ creativity! We may showcase student artwork in brochures, on our website, or in other fun promotional and educational materials. Our workshops are hands-on, immersive, and packed with excitement for students of all ages. Since we keep our class sizes small to make sure everyone has the best experience, we recommend signing up early to secure your spot! RJ Animation may capture screenshots or short clips during workshops for educational or promotional purposes. Students may opt out by emailing us.
Communication Consent
By applying, you give RJ Animation permission to contact you about our educational services via email, text, or phone.
This consent is optional and not required to participate in any workshop.

Workshop Application & Tuition Information

All workshop application fees and tuition deposits are required before class begins. Your application cannot be processed until the registration fee has been paid. Your information is always safe and secure — we never share it with third parties.
If you experience any issues with the online application form, please email us right away.

If a student is unable to attend, tuition can be transferred to a future workshop or to another student.
Our workshops are immersive, hands-on, and designed for students of all ages. Because we keep class sizes small, we highly encourage early application. After submitting your application and selecting “Apply Now,” you will receive complete details about payment and next steps.

We want to make our workshops as flexible and accessible as possible. If you’re on a tight budget or need a schedule that works around your life, this option is for you! With Pay As You Go, you can learn at your own pace and only pay for the live lessons you attend. If we ever notice a missed payment, we’ll send you a friendly reminder by email. If three reminders go unanswered, your workshop access may be temporarily paused but don’t worry, we’ll always do our best to avoid any interruptions and work with you to get things back on track. We’re here to make learning easy, flexible, and stress free!​
Pay As You Go Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
