Terms and Conditions 

 

RJ Animation reserves the right to use student coursework in brochures, advertising, the web, and any other promotional or educational purpose. Our workshops are extremely immersive and a fun experience for students of all ages. As we restrict the number of students attending our workshops for optimal workshop experience, we suggest early application.  

 NOTE: CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS 
To enroll and hold a place in the workshop, the student may apply online and submit full payment no later than 30 days before the start of the workshop. Students may still apply after the due date if open seats are available.
 
If the student cancels enrollment in the workshop, the following applies: 
 

• The $50 registration fee is not refundable under any circumstances unless RJ Animation cancels the program.  

• Program fees (minus the $50 registration fee) are refundable until 15 days before the start of the program. 

• To cancel, an enrolled student must contact by email at admissions@rjanimation.com.

In the event that RJ Animation cancels a program, all enrolled students will be notified immediately and given a full refund of program fees. Please note, if the student is unable to attend the class, they have the option to attend a later session of the course.

An email notifying us will be required to accept the enrollment withdrawal. 
 
Students will receive and be required to sign the class code of conduct during class.

 

NOTE: Any available Pre summer workshop courses will require no fees.

All workshops are solely owned and operated by RJ Animation.

 

We don't provide transcripts or certifications for our workshops.  
 
You give RJ Animation your consent to contact you regarding our educational services using email,

text, or telephone. Please note that you are not required to provide this consent to receive

educational service.

PAY AS YOU GO INFO:

 

Payment path - Tuition 1 Week $50 / 2 Weeks $100 / 4 Weeks $150

adds up to Full Course payment of $200

If you are unable to make a payment for the full workshop, we got you covered!

 

You will receive an email about the due date for the "Pay As You Go" plan during the first week. Every Monday will be the due date for the workshop payment if you choose this payment path.  We will send you a email notification if you fail to make any payments. If three notifications are sent and payment is still not received, access to the workshop will be blocked. We will do our best to prevent any interruptions to your account with us.  

 

Pay As You Go Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
