3d Animation 1

Course Description:
In this course, students are introduced to basic 3D animation techniques (Principles of 3D Animation). Topics to be covered are key framing, squash and stretch, motion control, basic dynamics, hierarchical linking, pivot points, lights, and cameras.

3d Animation 2

Course Description:
Students are introduced to more advance 3D animation techniques. Topics to be covered include hierarchical linking, keyframing, function curves, animated modifiers, basic morphing, animated cameras, and an introduction to character animation.

Course Length: 4 weeks /  Price Pre Course: $250.00

3d Modeling 1

Course Description:
Student will apply basic design principles to the solution of visual problems using elements of 3D design. The student will conceptualize 3D coordinate systems, construct 3D models, and apply them to geometric construction.

3d Modeling 2

Course Description:
In this course students will use advanced modeling techniques to create 3D characters. Students will research and create character models based on anatomy using industry standard techniques.

Motion Graphics

Course Description:
This course is an introduction to timeline based compositing for both creative and technical processes.

Understand motion based media from a broad historical perspective of technique and the communication intent of audio visual media. Contextualize motion graphics in the fields of traditional and contemporary 3d & 2d animation

Digital Painting

Course Description:

This course is designed to expand your knowledge of drawing and painting using Photoshop from an Animation perspective. You can expect to use Photoshop in almost every one of your future Digital    Media Arts classes. This class will give you all the tools you need to be proficient with drawing, painting  and illustrating in Photoshop. You can expect to learn brush creation and management inside Photoshop, Conceptual background/character design, and techniques to use the different types of brushes you create.
